Wild Recruitment are seeking a NHS Call Handler.

Contract: 6-month position with potential for permanent employment
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts between 08:00 - 18:00

You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely and efficient support throughout their care pathway.

What you will be doing as a call handler:

You will be giving people advise and help manage their symptoms telephonically.
You will be using a software to record patient's basic clinical information.
You will direct patients to the most appropriate health care professional once the condition is assessed.
Schedule and manage patient appointments, including cancellations, reminders, and referral processing.
No Previous experience needed as full training will be provided.
Experience within a Customer services is essential.
Basic computer skills and great telephone manners is essential.
