As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing large-scale security systems, including CCTV, access control, and perimeter detection systems. You’ll handle fault requests, preventive maintenance, and occasional out-of-hours duties.

Primary work areas: Bristol, Cheltenham, Swindon, and surrounding regions, with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain, repair, and support CCTV, access control, and perimeter detection systems.

* Ensure control rooms and multi-site security systems are fully operational.

* Conduct planned preventive maintenance.

* Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards.

* Work remotely but collaborate with a supportive engineering team.

What We’re Looking For

* UK resident for at least 5 years (for security clearance).

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, IT networks, etc.).

* Knowledge of systems like Milestone, C-Cure, or Gallagher is a plus.

* Full UK driving license required.
