An exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to work for a leading FM service provider on a prestigious contract near Shepherd's Bush, West London. You will be joining an exciting contract for our client with a well established team that is personable and invests in your future providing further development and progression with the contract having the scope to increase in size and value.
Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider, you will be responsible for all technical engineering activities across the site, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. On site will be a team of 5 engineers, along with a Contract Manager, all being responsible for mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.

Duties
Working closely with the Client acting as a focal point for technical matters.
Conduct dilapidation reports and maintain asset condition tracking.
Manage and Lead a Team of Engineers providing technical support and training.
Oversee maintenance plans ensuring corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Organising subcontractors
Quotations
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Conducting client meetings
Ensuring the Contract Manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
Permits to work
Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Installations
Ability to lead a days engineering maintenance team
Building Services Maintenance experience
