Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: NW1
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday, 7:45am - 6:00pm)

About Us:
Join our warm and welcoming team, a nurturing space for children aged 6 months to 3 years old, based in NW1. We are dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where young minds can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support for babies and toddlers (6 months - 3 years)

* Plan and implement activities in line with the EYFS framework to promote development

* Ensure a safe, stimulating, and clean environment for the children

* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers

* Monitor and record children's progress, adapting plans to meet their individual needs

* Support and encourage children's independence and confidence

* Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

* Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)

* Experience working with babies and toddlers in a nursery setting

* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with children

* Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety policies
