Role Overview:

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:

* Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems.

* Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies.

* Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.

* Upholding our people-first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change program.

Requirements:

- Eligibility to work in UK

- Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months

- Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot

- Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12D M1/M2 or Unit 2). (desirable not essential)
