Site Manager Wanted – Leominster

**Job Opportunity**

BCS Connect is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project in Leominster. If you have a background in 278 works, roads, sewers, and drainage for new build housing projects, this could be your next ideal opportunity! This project will be a 2 year freelance based opportunity.

**Role Responsibilities:**

* Overseeing subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth project delivery

* Managing essential documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, QA, and client handover documents

* Chairing site meetings with design teams and subcontractors

* Managing construction programmes, identifying and addressing any delays

* Working closely with the subcontractors on site to ensure a smooth delivery.

* Dealing directly with the main client, resolving work plan issues and pushing the delivery of the project.

**Requirements:**

* Experience working with groundworks subcontractors

* Proven track record managing large new build housing sites

* Strong background in delivering new build residential schemes

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certification

* Strong IT skills, familiar with construction software, Word, and email

* Experience working with main contractors
