We are a reputable environmental consultancy specializing in asbestos management and compliance services. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality surveying and risk management solutions to a wide range of commercial clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Asbestos Surveyor to join our team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, and demolition) on various commercial properties.

Collect and analyze asbestos samples in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Prepare detailed survey reports and ensure accurate documentation.

Advise clients on asbestos management and compliance with relevant legislation.

Liaise with clients to schedule surveys and provide clear communication throughout the process.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of asbestos regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

P402 (or equivalent) qualification in Asbestos Surveying.

Proven experience conducting asbestos surveys in a commercial environment.

Strong understanding of asbestos-related health and safety regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Full UK driving license.
