The Role:

* PPM, servicing and repairs on Mechanical Equipment across the site including Plant Rooms, Fan Coils and Heat Pumps

* Support other trades where required.

* Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities.

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

* Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Relevant Level 3 Plumbing Qualification

* Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or construction.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.

* Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
