Receptionist / Administrator
We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to work for our client who are a professional services sector business based in Derby. Due to an individuals retirement they are now looking for an individual to join their team on an ongoing temp basis with the potential for a permanent role.
Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
+ Monday to Friday
+ 9am to 5pm
The successful Receptionist / Administrator will:
+ Have experience in front of house reception or administration role
+ Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
+ Able to work the above shift patterns
+ Have a positive can do attitude and be willing to work in a small team environment
Your duties as a Receptionist / Administrator will include:
+ Greeting customers on arrival
+ Answer inbound calls and direct where appropriate to the right individual
+ Supporting solicitors with administration needs
+ General needs as and when required
You will receive:
+ £12.50 per hour
