Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide HR advisory services to the organisation, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration. The role will work closely with the HR Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
Duties for the HR Advisor will include but not be limited to the following:
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders, including answering employee queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy management, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
Manage employee data and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR information systems.
Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR initiatives and projects.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employment law compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

The ideal candidate for the HR Advisor will have the following:
CIPD level 3 essential, CIPD level 5 would be desirable
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
