Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled multi trader to join our team, specializing in house renovations with a focus on basic carpentry and aspects of wet trades and making good, both internal and external. The ideal candidate will have experience in the previously mentioned skillset for a period or 2 years of longer and will have a labourer working along side to assist with any lifting or moving of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in basic carpentry, basic roof maintenance and repair.
Mould Prevention (Internal / External)
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete renovation projects efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.Requirements:

CSCS Card
Asbestos Aware Certificate desirable (but help can be offered to obtain this)
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
