Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including salons and retail clients, across your designated territory.

* Provide expert advice and product education to clients to maximise their potential and brand loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional plans.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
* Deliver regular reporting on sales performance and client engagement.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the beauty, haircare, or FMCG sectors.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to manage a large territory effectively.
* A full, clean driving license (essential).
