Registered Service Manager - Supported Living
Salary: £40,000 (with increase after 12 months)
40 hours per week
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Service Manager to join and oversee their Supported Living program. This role involves leading a dedicated team in providing personalised support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
Qualifications and Experience
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) or equivalent
Proven management experience in supported living or similar setting
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to provide individualised support to those with learning and physical disabilities
Full, valid driving license

Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.
Leadership & Team Development: Provide leadership, support, and professional development to a team of support staff.
Individualized Care Planning: Develop and review personalized support plans that align with service users' needs and goals.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain regulatory and organizational standards through regular assessments and audits.
Resource Management: Oversee budgets and resources efficiently to support program sustainability and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Track and achieve KPIs to ensure quality service and continuous improvement.
