SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTANT
HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 5:30PM (HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE)
LOCATION: GRAVESEND
SALARY: UPTO £45K DOE
A fast growing well established company based in the heart of Gravesend are looking for a Service Charge Accountant it is essential that you have property service charge and accounting experience.
Duties
* Prepare statutory and service charge accounts for residential & commercial properties
* To upload service charge budgets
* Liaise with external auditors
* To raise service charge invoices to tenants
Skills
* Good knowledge of ARMA and RICS regulations
* Experience of client accounting software
* High level of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to prioritise and multi-task
