About the Company

1st Select is proud to partner with a thriving SME in Central London, specialising in property surveys across Greater London. We are seeking a Chartered MRICS or AssocRICS Building Surveyor to join their expert team and deliver Level 2 Homebuyer Inspections & Reports.

The Role

As a Building Surveyor, you’ll work autonomously, conducting Level 2 surveys across South London while benefiting from a strong support network of experienced chartered building surveyors. This role is fully remote, allowing you to complete reports from home, with the option to work from the office if preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Level 2 Homebuyer Inspections across South London
Prepare detailed Level 2 reports to a high professional standard
Work independently while collaborating with a team of chartered surveyors
Ensure compliance with RICS standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

? MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
? Proven experience delivering homebuyer inspections & reports
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
? Based in or near London, with knowledge of the local property market
