Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Assistant Site Manager in the Sheffield area. This role is due to start immediately and requires someone with a detailed housing background. It is working for a regional contractor and is to finish off the site.

Job duties:

* Manage and coordinate the dayto-day operations

* Organise and manage subcontractors on site

* Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress

* Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations

Experience required:

* Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS

* Must have detailed housing Site Management experience

* Must have experience with bespoke housing developments

* Must have strong organisational and communication skills
