We are working alongside a NHS trust to recruit 2 Physiotherapists with the following experience

Position one

* Acute hospital experience required (elderly care, stroke rehab, critical care/ICU).

* Must manage complex caseloads, discharge planning, and equipment provision.

* Systems: V6, ExtraMed, Patient Trac.

* Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00 (37.5 hrs)

Position two

* NHS discharge planning, managing complex cases, MDT coordination.

* No remote working.

* Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00 (37.5 hrs)
