Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment have partnered with a company in Chesterfield who are looking for Counterbalance FLT Drivers.

This is a temporary to permanent position with progression opportunities!

Responsibilities of the job:

Picking stock, putting stock away
Goods in and goods out
Load and unload bays
Moving empty pallets from the warehouse out into the yard
Stacking empty pallets in the yard up to 20 high
Important Information:

Must be willing to work the 4on 4off shift pattern – be aware that this is two days and two nights
First full day will be a classroom induction
Must have a solid ability to read and write
Must have FULL B1 Counterbalance licence in date or refreshed within the last 3 years
The hours:

4 on 4 off shift pattern

2 days (6am-6pm) followed by 2 nights (6pm-6am)

The pay:

Induction rate - £11.44 per hour

FLT rate - £13.35 per hour
