Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) to
join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work with individuals experiencing a wide
range of mental health issues, helping them to understand and overcome their challenges through
CBT.
Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
 Provide individual and group CBT sessions to clients with varying mental health conditions,
including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
 Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
 Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive care.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with professional and legal
standards.
 Participate in regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
 A recognized qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
 Accreditation with BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive
Psychotherapies) or eligibility for accreditation.
 Demonstrated experience in providing CBT, ideally within a clinical or therapeutic setting.
 Strong understanding of mental health issues and experience working with diverse
populations.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
