Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) to
join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work with individuals experiencing a wide
range of mental health issues, helping them to understand and overcome their challenges through
CBT.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual and group CBT sessions to clients with varying mental health conditions,
including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with professional and legal
standards.
Participate in regular supervision and continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
A recognized qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Accreditation with BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive
Psychotherapies) or eligibility for accreditation.
Demonstrated experience in providing CBT, ideally within a clinical or therapeutic setting.
Strong understanding of mental health issues and experience working with diverse
populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
