About the Role

As the Head Development Chef, you will combine culinary creativity with leadership, driving the site's development kitchen to deliver ground-breaking food products. Leading a team of five, you will oversee the innovation process, develop customer-aligned concepts, and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of five, managing performance and development
Create innovative, market-aligned food concepts for customers
Act as the primary customer-facing representative for product development
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards
