A well established family owned HGV and commercial vehicle repair company based close to Brentwood are looking to recruit two experienced HGV Technicians to the team. With a base close to the M25, this company have 40yrs of experience and offer commercial vehicle services, mobile HGV services, diagnostics and HGV MOT preparation. Whilst the organisation have a fully equipped workshop, offering on-site repairs to clients forms a key service - as such you will be prepared to be mobile as well for this role (across the South of England)
To compliment your Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification, you will have time served experience of around 5 years preferably and it would be advantageous if you have experience of working for a local authority and / or refuge bin lorries. Primarily you will be working on Class 1 / Class 2 vehicles and trailers. As already said, you will be happy to work in the workshop as well as mobile at clients sites or roadside conducting services / repairs / MOT's / PMI's. You must be prepared to travel across the south of England to be prepared for this role.
It will be beneficial, but not essential if you have your Class 1 or Class 2 licence also.
This company offers £1000 per employee per year for staff training.

- Hours Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm (Alternative Saturdays are required on a rota basis - you will know the rota in full for each year)
- Additional overtime paid at time & a half (Minimum of 10hrs overtime expected per week)
