Teaching Assistant - SEND School (Wirral)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming SEND school on the Wirral.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children with a range of SEND, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex needs.
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Providing one-to-one or small group support as required.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEND (voluntary or paid) - Preferred
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education to join a supportive team and make a real impact.
