My client is one of the leading planned maintenance and affordable housing refurbishment contractors in the South of the UK.

Due to a recent and exciting long term project wins, they are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to work our of their Hungerford Office.

My client is specifically seeking candidates with experience in Roofing / Social Housing Planned Maintenance works.

Job specification:

Contracts Manager to work on dwellings in the Berkshire/Wiltshire/Devon region

· Overseeing and Managing Social Housing Planned Maintenance works Roof replacements/ repairs / maintenance

· Must be capable of working in fast-paced environment

· Must be IT literate. (Using Excel, Outlook, SafetyCulture)

· Experience managing Site Supervisors

· SSSTS / First Aid / CSCS
