We are currently looking for a HR Assistant for a for a growing company in Kettering.
Key responsibilities include:
Support recruitment including liaising with candidates, managing agencies, writing adverts, organising and attending interviews.
Lead on-boarding and induction process for new starters
Manage the day to day absence, sickness absence recording and tracking (using Bradford)
To provide support for on-site training and development activities, liaise with training providers, capture training costs, course evaluation and support internal HR training efforts.
Conduct HR Induction sessions
Support the implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll system
Sickness absence recording and tracking (using Bradford)
Support leaver process, including exit interviews and final pay calculations
Maintain employee data on the HR system
Support the HR Advisor and Head of HR as required
Ideal candidates will be:
Educated 'A' level standard and hold a CIPD qualification.
You will have previous experience in Human Resources working with an integrated HR and Payroll system. Previous experience in recruitment & selection and onboarding is essential for this role.
