I am delighted to be working with a Secondary School Client who are seeking an enthusiastic and talented GCSE and A-Level Psychology Teacher to join their department in April ideally, or September, on a full time, permanent basis. As an A-Level Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a stimulating learning environment, and supporting students to achieve their academic potential. You will work within a collaborative and supportive team to develop innovative teaching strategies and contribute to the continued success of our school.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will possess:

* A degree in Psychology or a related field.

* A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

* Previous experience teaching A-Level Psychology (preferably).

* A deep passion for psychology and education.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

* A commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.

* Satisfactory enhanced DBS check and employer references

* independent thinking and academic curiosity.

* Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources.

* Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and school-wide initiatives.
