Category Executive - Drive Growth with Data & Insights!

The Advocate Group are looking for a Category Executive to join a dynamic Category & Marketing team within a leading FMCG business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering actionable market insights, shaping category strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Analysing market data (IRI, Kantar, IGD) to identify trends and opportunities.
✅ Helping to support range reviews, NPD briefs, and customer-specific growth strategies.
✅ Working collaboratively with Account Managers, NPD, and wider teams to develop and execute category plans.
✅ Managing and delivering internal and external insights in an impactful way.
✅ Driving marketing strategy execution across multiple communication channels.

What We're Looking For:

✔ 1+ year of experience in an FMCG Category & Insights role or data agency.
✔ A passion for food and a commercial mindset.
✔ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into compelling insights.
✔ Excellent communication skills to engage internal teams and retail partners.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
