Commercial Manager
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Banbury site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with DCS Group’s objectives.
* Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, ensuring strong performance and development.
* Take ownership of P&L, driving profitability through effective cost management and revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.

* Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive growth.
* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial business modelling.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
