Description

Leading the procurement of all ingredients and fresh food products.
Working closely with supply chain and NPD on new menu launches.
Creating long term relationships with suppliers.
Working with the restaurants to ensure on time, in full delivery of products.Profile

6 years + food procurement experience from within the hospitality sector.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
