Are you immediately available and looking for part time work in the Filey area as a Receptionist / Administrator?

Would you like to work mornings for a small organisation where you are the main gatekeeper for all visitors and calls coming into the organisation? 

What the Receptionist / Administrator job involves

Acting as first point of call for all visitors coming into the office

Dealing with initial enquiries face to face and over the phone

Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages

Typing letters and emails and sending out accordingly

Skills required

Good customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone

Previous use of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

Able to work on your own initiative

Other information

Part time working Monday to Friday 9.30 - 1.30

Easily accessible via public transport (Train and Bus)

This temporary contract is for around 3 months
