Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) until June 2025
Salary: £37,227 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a dynamic HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both strategic and operational HR initiatives while providing expert advice and guidance to managers and staff across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional HR advice on a range of matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
Support managers in handling employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
Lead and contribute to HR projects that align with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices, offering solutions that mitigate risk.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights that inform decision-making.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or equivalent role.
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent qualification.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Experience in advising and supporting managers on complex HR issues.
Proficiency in using HR systems and data analysis tools.Desired Attributes
