As a proud member of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), I'm excited to announce that we are expanding our team to support the groundbreaking Sizewell C project. This 3.2-gigawatt power station will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and play a key role in our clean energy future for at least the next 60 years.
Your Role: HSW Administrator
In this role, you'll support our Health & Safety Manager in ensuring that all administrative processes related to health, safety, wellbeing, and the environment (HSW) are carried out meticulously and in accordance with our high standards. Your work will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth operation and safety of one of the UK’s most significant energy projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Administering health, safety, environment, and security processes with precise attention to detail.
Collaborating with the team to develop and maintain the Health and Safety Management System.
Communicating and organising HSW documentation, ensuring accessibility for all team members.
Actively participating in developing HSW campaigns and supporting month-end reporting.
Recording and tracking incidents, ensuring timely closure of actions.
Coordinating and supporting health surveillance and medicals.
Providing vital support for HSW meetings, events, and VIP visits.
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the HSW team’s objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
An organised approach to work, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
A self-motivated individual with a passion for health, safety, and wellbeing.
Desirable: A driving licence and experience in a construction, safety, or administrative environment.
