ATK Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a proficient Administrator to join an expanding company and utilise your expertise across a wide variety of high-end projects across London.
Your role would be to assist the Associate Director, completing administrative tasks, document control, work on and assist with managing exciting fast paced consultancy projects.
Job requirements include but not limited to:-
Assisting with the delivery of projects
Project administration
Managing Clients and their processes
On-boarding of Clients
Quality checking reports and deliverables
Liaising with Clients
Quality checking documents and processing
Being self-sufficient as you will be working from home two days per week
Assisting with delivering gateway information
PA duties when required, 25% of the role
Having the ability and wanting to work in a fast-paced environmentDesired attributes:-
Excellent communication skills
Excellent IT skills, including proficient Excel use and document control
Ability to Project Co-Ordinate
Enjoy working in a friendly and busy environment
Willingness to learn
Ideally, you would have worked in a property or construction background, however, all applications will be considered
Ability to work from home two days per week and wok from our clients office in Mayfair the other three daysPosition Remuneration:-
£25k to £35k depending on experience with the opportunity to increase
