We are seeking a motivated and skilled Red Team expert to lead and build a small team to deliver Red Team service.

Description

Provide leadership and guidance to the Red Team department.
Conduct and manage penetration testing and cyber threat simulation exercises.
Provide cyber advisory and perform pre-sales duties, identify potential business opportunities
Develop and implement strategic responses to cyber threats.
Liaise with other departments to ensure company-wide cybersecurity.
Conduct cybersecurity training for employees across the organisation.
Provide regular updates to senior management on cyber threats and responses.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the cybersecurity field.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Profile

Demonstrated experience in Red Teaming
Hands-on experience in penetration testing
With Red Team related certifications like CHECK, CREST will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
