My client are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our legal team within their personal injury department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for law and a strong ability to negotiate on behalf of clients.

Salary & Benefits

* £40,000 - £45,000

* Opportunity work hybrid/remote after successful probation period

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution

* Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients

* Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements

* Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary

* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases

* Keeping up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

* Working on cases concerning personal injury to secure compensation on behalf of clients

* Representing clients in court

Qualifications:

* Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 1 years experience in Personal Injury Litigation - claimant EL/PL, but will consider someone from a defendant background
