Job Description:

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and progressive Project Manager to join our Operations team and help take our delivery capabilities to the next level.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely completion of the project. You will oversee and manage direct and sub-contract labour on site and make sure each individual has the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks and ensure they perform their duties effectively and in compliance with industrial health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Being fully responsible for the daily operations of the site team.
* Continuously monitoring and maintaining excellent levels of Health & Safety and quality on site.
* Ensuring construction is carried out as per design, following plans and specifications.
* Identifying materials and equipment that may be required whilst carefully adhering to the Bill of Materials.
* Managing direct and sub-contractor labour and the day to day running of the site.
* Organising tools, plan, machinery and materials along with the Project Manager.
* Accurate and regular reporting of project performance to the Project Manager and client.
* Maintaining detailed and accurate site reports.
* Undertaking site inspections as required.
About you:
We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:
* Proven track record of leading a team.
* Proven experience in construction and site management, experience in renewable industry would be advantageous.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical designs from specifications and surveys
* Robust understanding of first aid, site H&S and CDM requirements and a demonstrable understanding of current legislation and regulations
* Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Qualification.
* Experience in groundworks would be advantageous
* The ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
* Excellent organizational, team working and communication skills are essential
* Ability to manage and maintain positive client relationships.
Must have a full, clean driver's license.
