Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work for a medium size High-End Residential Main Contractor that are expanding at the moment.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to delivery a £2m refurbishment and plus new extension of a prime residential property in Reading. Works will include comprehensive new M&E upgrades, extensive landscaping and bespoke joinery.

The Project start date is October and will run for 15 months.

Suibale candidates will have previous high end residential refurbishment experience, in date SMSTS, First Aid and be well located to Reading.

This is a permanent position with a salary range £60,000 -£65,000 + package depending on experience.
