Business Development Manager (Construction & Manufacturing Recruitment)

Location: Datchet, SL3

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Performance-Related Quarterly Bonus

MTS Recruitment is a recruitment agency specializing in the manufacturing and construction sectors. We have a strong presence across the industry and we are now looking for an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Business Development Manager with a passion for driving growth in the Construction and Manufacturing Recruitment sectors to join our team based in Datchet, SL3 area. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow the client base in the Construction and Manufacturing Recruitment industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market reach.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth for the business.

Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality talent to meet client expectations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of business development experience in recruitment, ideally within the Construction or Manufacturing sectors.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
