Aggregate Wash Plant Fitter/Operator

NEOS Engineering is working with a plant hire company looking for a dedicated and experienced Aggregate Wash Plant Fitter/Operator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the aggregate wash plant, ensuring the efficient processing of materials, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

· Hours of work 7:00am to 5:00pm Mon/Fri.

· Saturday morning 7:00am to 1:00pm

· Additional hours may be required to carry out maintenance Etc.

Requirements

· Must be reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work on own or as part of a team.

· Must be able to commute to site in Kirkby (L33 4XZ).

· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

· Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.

· Overtime and weekend work required based on operational needs.

Duties

· Operate the aggregate wash plant in a safe and efficient manner.

· Monitor the plant operations to ensure optimal performance and output quality.

· Perform routine and preventive maintenance on wash plant equipment.

· Implement adjustments and improvements to the wash process as necessary.

· Work closely with other plant operators, fitters, and the management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 52.5 per week
