4Site Recruitment is looking for a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Site Manager for our client, a high-end residential main contractor, to provide holiday cover for the final stage of a luxury refurbishment project.

The Role:

Oversee the final 4-6 weeks of a high-end residential project nearing completion.
Ensure all finishing trades deliver work to the highest standards.
Manage quality control, snagging, and final inspections.
Coordinate with subcontractors to complete last-stage decorative and finishing tasks.
Report to the Project Manager and ensure all work stays on schedule.
Hands-on approach, focusing on attention to detail and problem-solving.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Finishing Foreman or Site Manager role.
Strong eye for detail and ability to check quality and standards.
Ability to manage finishing trades effectively and push the project to completion.
CSCS Card & First Aid Certification
High-end residential experience is a plus, but not essential.
Trade background preferred, but not required.
