We're seeking a talented Level 2 Application Support Engineer to join our growing team in Belfast and contribute to our global support efforts for our core products, used by leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support for our products.
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth operations.
Work collaboratively within our local and global teams.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in customer support for financial services.
Strong understanding of support processes and ability to adapt to change.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
Knowledge of financial services concepts, including market data and order entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills and Experience:

Networking and deployment management experience.
Proficiency in common scripting languages for automation.
Familiarity with FX, FI, and Crypto markets.
Understanding of messaging protocols, such as FIX and ITCH.Benefits:
