This successful small private Property company in Central London is seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Head of Finance, Property Manager, Property Assistant and CEO.
Hybrid - based 3 days in the office in Central London and 2 days from home and will include:
Reporting to the Head of Finance
All round bookkeeper role - ledgers, reconciliations, month-end etc
Process purchase ledger invoices and staff expenses and deal with supplier queries
Raise sales ledger invoices and deal with bank receipts from customers
Process bank payments and deal with bank reconciliations
Office admin support, customer updates, correspondence, insurance, utilitiesStrong relevant experience as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant is essential and a flexibility to help out in with admin.
