A Surrey based Local Authority are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer!

Did you know, Surrey is officially England's most densely-wooded county!

For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:

?Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints.

? Investigating HMO's.

? Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations.

? Great knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.

This is a 6 month, hybrid role.
