We are looking for an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in CF3. This full-time role starts on 28th April and requires a nurturing, patient, and dedicated individual with prior experience working in Early Years settings.

The Role:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and stimulating activities.

Assisting with children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.

Encouraging social, emotional, and educational growth in a play-based environment.

Helping with daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play, and personal care.

Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting is essential.
✔️ A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔️ A relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
