Flourish Education are looking to recruit a Year 3 Primary Teacher to work in a 1-form entry school on a full-time basis. This role has the potential to become permanent from the following academic year.

Our client has been rated GOOD by Ofsted and is in the North-West of Walsall and aim to enable children to be happy, engaged and positive about their future. They are looking to recruit a Year 3 Class Teacher who can support these attributes.

As a Primary Teacher in our client’s school, based in Year 3, you will be responsible for but not limited to planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in a creative and engaging manner, working alongside the teacher assistant, safeguarding all students, marking work in line with the school policy and attending meetings where necessary.

The Primary Teacher role, based in Year 3, is due to start in January and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year. You will also be expected to attend staff meetings every Tuesday after school and partake in Parents evening. Your allocated PPA time is on a Thursday afternoon.

Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2
Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
Commitment to the role
A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement

A competitive salary of up to £223.62 per day which equates up to £43,607 per annum based on working 5 days per week for the full academic year
