We are working with a growing Regional Building Contractor who have grown consistently over the last few years. They are a privately owned, profitable contractor with projects generally valued from £500k - £4m.

They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; industrial, commercial and public sector works.

The Role:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work secured for 2025, they are now in a position to recruit a Project Manager to join the team.

To be successful in this role, you will have worked for a regional building contractor as a Project Manager.

You will have worked on construction projects similar to those mentioned above.

 You will be based in, Barrow or able to commute there on a daily basis.
