Job: Production Operator

Location: Westbury, Wiltshire

Pay: £13.55ph

Hours of work: Rotating Shifts, Mornings, Afternoons AND Nights (Monday to Friday) Shorter day each Friday on ALL shifts!

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Quality and Quantity assurance, ensuring correct stock layout, quantity and quality is correct on pallet and that the finished pallets meet quality standards.

* Working with pallet trucks and moving pallets, being responsible for your own safety and safety of others.

* Working independently and collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.

* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, always following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks performed.

* Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues.

* All applicants must be able to cover ALL shifts the hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern

Mornings: 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 11.30am Friday

Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11.30am to 5pm Friday

Nights: 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 5pm to 10.30pm Friday
