Assistant Site Manager

We are working with a well established contractor who operate in the commercial build sector. They are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager with experience of overseeing education, healthcare, industrial and new build commercial projects.

The role is based across the Northwest although there may sometimes be projects further away which would require overnight stays.

Qualifications, skills, attributes

-previous site management experience
-toolbox talks
-managing sub contractors and direct labour
-SMSTS/SSSTS
-HNC/HND in Construction (desirable)
-IOSH (desirable)
-First Aid
-CSCS managers card
-Driving Licence
-Good leadership skills
-Communicative
-Ability to read drawings, work with commercial and design teams
