A fantastic school in Nuneaton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 6 Teacher to join their team starting in January 2025. This full-time role involves a commitment of 5 days per week with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, teaching, and marking.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach and inspire Year 6 students, preparing them for the transition to secondary school
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Manage student behaviour effectively, promoting a positive learning environment
Mark and assess students' work regularly to track progress and provide feedback
Collaborate with the school team to deliver high-quality education and support student development
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in UK schools
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for supporting children's academic and personal growth
