Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - Hounslow - Immediate or January Start - Competitive Salary

About the Role:

Behaviour Mentor required for a supportive secondary school in Hounslow.
Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Immediate or January start available.
Competitive salary and opportunities for career progression.Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with challenging behaviour.
Help students improve their behaviour while also supporting their academic progress.
Lead and assist with intervention programmes designed to improve behaviour and personal development.
Work closely with the SEN team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to track and monitor student progress.
Diffuse challenging situations and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and building self-confidence.About the School: This well-established secondary school in Hounslow is known for its inclusive and supportive environment. Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with young people, particularly those with challenging behaviour.
Ability to remain calm and composed when managing difficult situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and resilient approach to working with students.
Willingness to undertake any additional training, such as Team Teach (desirable).
