This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-focused environment, handling inbound calls and scheduling service technicians. Whether you have prior experience or are just starting out, we provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service while communicating with clients.
* Record customer interactions and service requests in internal systems.
* Schedule and coordinate service visits, ensuring time efficiency.
* Act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and management.
* Handle emails and support tickets in a timely, professional manner.
* Maintain high standards of customer care and contribute to team success.
* Perform additional administrative and customer service tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
* Basic computer skills
* Strong communication abilities
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
